While every discussion may not be positive, it is important that people have a place to voice their concerns and share their experiences. CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Charlotte Mecklenburg School (CMS) board members are encouraged more than a dozen people have applied to fill the vacant District two school board seat. Some of the them have already reached out to board members for one on ones.
