...fortunately, I am recovering.
I graduated from Olympic High School in 1976. I attended four different schools in six years because of CMS's obsession with redrawing attendance lines for racial balance. CMS was bad then and it obviously is bad now. I was (and still am) a good student. I graduated summa cum laude with my BS, I have a Master's degree, and I am currently working on my doctorate. I survived CMS, but I despise public schools as a result. I have homeschooled my four children for the last 13 years.
I applaud your efforts to make CMS work, but if things have not changed in almost 30 years, what do you really think you can accomplish? Do what you can to get your kids out of there!
